The board would not have taken this action lightly and you would think they would have been consulting with lawyers for some time. Mark and Joe are the second biggest shareholders and pretty much the company founders, I think they have done a pretty good job, but this could get seriously messy, because Mark ain't the sort of person to lay down.
I'm going to be fascinated by Peter Torre's direction. Met and spoken with him many times, very honest and open. But well aligned with the Caruso boys.
