I opened a term deposit with Judo bank two weeks ago and could not fault their customer service, in fact they were the best to deal with compared to Macquarie Bank (incredibly slow) and the Bank of Sydney. My interest rate was guaranteed from the time of my application. I was given 10 days to deposit the $ into the TD.
