As for the Katsu's the Chef (Mr Ono) never rocked up to the party, party pooper!
I suspect that this stock is toast. For me its a 35K loss I guess will be on next years tax return. Another loss I didn't need!
My last correspondence with ASX suggested that the last announcement would help satisfy the questions I had, but I had one that was unanswered which was what were conditions for trading. Obviously what EVM has put in place (ie cancelling all deals so far) is not suitable to ASX, so you would assume cash flow issues are key now - I may write back querying an update as nothing has happened. There was a lot of emphasis from ASX (in that letter) to make a formal complaint to ASX and the ASIC which I found interesting. Perhaps ASX are fed up with queries from holders.
I think we have till June (from last announcement) for a new deal to be announced but cash flow will not get them too that point (from the last statement). So do the office staff work for nothing as per RD and KF et al? From talking to them and reading peoples comments here it seamed like something good was about to happen - perhaps that's died off and now they're wondering what to do next.
It looks likely that they've stuffed it for good, although I hope that they do something positive happens that provides us an exit point without losing too much or possibly even making money.

Turns out, a linkedin search shows that Chris Davey started his VC company in Arizona (Desert Sky Ventures). This guy (Todd Yarter) seems to be his partner and is posting on Twitter like a maniac to everyone (Al Gore, Elon musk, Richard Branson...). The second picture on his twitter seems to validate the idea that EVM (through different vehicles) has made big progress in AZ (yay!).
we really need the funding now..
will it come from DSV? Asia? thoughts??
