Very sad in my opinion.
MF has been heavily invested in MWR from the get go, not only financially but with an immense amount of personal effort. As expressed in announcement the sale comes with emotional baggage. Therefore it's either very thoughtless or very ignorant to compare MF with EG.
Assuming the virus is not the end of the world as we know it, current price is a bargain. MWR has enough cash to see us through this troubling time.
