I second that, us share holders would be hugely grateful Bensterz you have a amazing understanding of this whole situation much greater than any of us could hope to.
If you could help us out here i couldn't thank you enough.
I myself don't have a good understanding of these type of things and feel lost as to what i can do.

I feel these directors will get away with this Scott free.
I understand us shareholder have more than likely lost everything.
My only hope is that these directors are held to some accountability for not informing the market of the companies true position prior to the va.
