Market over reacting, Lovisa business is more than the CEO, it the engine behind the vertical integrated model that makes works not the CEO
I be more worrying if I see a departure of Chief Operating Officer or someone critical to the product development and integration.
Market spook when Steve Jobs step down from Apple but again Apple engineers, software developers and product designer are its engine, good CEO helps but it not be all end all.
