what gives you that impression, they are a disciplined roll out mob, they just don't open stores just for the shake of it. It has to meet certain metrics
Stores has to be in the right location, the right size and the economics surrounding this, sometimes they go a bit faster other time they go a bit slower
depending availability of locations and their rent negotiations
