it just show they are disciplined, they don't open stores on a whim or chase the number, they has aspiration to get to that number but if the economic don't stacked up they don't need to open new store
store need to meet Lovisa strict return hurdle and criteria, it has to be a certain size, in certain location with acceptable rent to produce the return they need else no new store
