I'm wondering the same thing. If anything, the incentive hurdles are higher than I expected.. nothing below EBIt growth of 18%.
It could be that the stock was already priced expensive but I don't see this announcement as a reason to reduce the company valuation.
The fact that the change is happening a year from now adds to my peace of kind. Nothing was done in a rush.
