very happy, management so far have produced a smooth transition of power within the company.
anyone thinking that Derek would have any major influence on decisions going forward would be very naive imo.
also good to see that after both Jack and Derek have been moved on, they are still staying to help the transition. both have many millions of reasons to see ADO become what a lot of us shareholders believe it will.
