Jan20 - Warwick Smith resigns as director
Jan20 - Marc Vogts retires as Managing DIrector (Leslie Hosking interim MD)
Feb20 - Leslie Hosking resigns as interim MD & director (a whole 24 days as MD!)
May20 - Johann Jacobs resigns as director
Jul20 - Doug Richardson resigns as company secretary
Jul20 - change in Auditor (cost mentioned as reason for change, but they are similar sided firms)
Aug20 - Frank Houllis terminated as CEO

Not sure what all this means, but unlike some, I see no positive in this at a time when the company has no cash a& has been stating that multiple interested parties have been doing DD for weeks/mths/years on various parts of the business
