    The announcement states he is leaving due to 'undisclosed personal reasons'. This could mean anything, so we shouldn't speculate.

    however just to create trouble I will speculate if it had anything to do with the recent capital raising?

    Perhaps WYNNES INVESTMENT HOLDING want a change in the strategic plan?
