We have probably all lost heaps of $$$ with UBI ( I have).
The $273000.00 give the company cash and for J.S. that keeps him in a job.
Betcha his annual salary is worth more than that.
J.S. has been positive all along BUT I absolutely agree we should get clear information regarding how the different products are selling. Also how they reckon they can improve that and what time-line.
We have been promised for about 2 years now that UBI had sufficient cash to get to cash flow positive....now this!
Supposedly there will be 40% MORE shares on issue after the capital raise......that means UBI will need a 50%+ higher income and profit to get to whatever p/e price targets anyone had.
Also, I do not know whether it still applies but when UBI were flying up near $1.00 mark J.S. was given 2 incentives IF he could get market capitalisation up to $300M or $600M.
More shares = easier target.
I will hold, cannot afford to close out but I will forever now take hisand UBI's forecasts with a grain of scepticism. We need to see the numbers clearly.
The reports thus far are confusing. Do not show actual growth of sales of individual product categories. The tables presented use different comparisons.
