And though I applaud the "water metals" idea, I think no money should be spent on the Aptamer research. If the Uni wants to under-write it, OK. But not UBI. The reason is that it will just be crushed by Big Pharma, fully organised, and a waste of effort. No money should be spent by UBI on this.
