Maybe, but I've never seen photos of the installation. Mobile installations outside of suburban areas can have larger footprints so positioning a ZCell enclosure on a new plinth is straightforward when there's space in the compound.
The photos on the website of the NZ install demonstrate a remote site where space isn't a problem because the site was designed larger to accomodate the solar in the first place and transport and moving the ZCells (compared to lugging the 50kg SLAs around) would be a bigger problem than finding a way to physically integrate the ZCells and enclosure with the existing installation. If the majority of initial installs are semi rural + remote with solar then it wont be a problem.
For space constrained suburban installs the ZCell enclosure will have to sit cheek by jowl with the shelter, which itself is unlikely to have enough room for an internal install. Some remote/rural shelters will have room for an internal install.
Wish I knew if other local telcos were playing with it beyond Optus' exotic Daintree test site.

The other site in the area is Telstra only, this one is an Optus/Telstra co-located site.
The resolution on google earth is better than the on maps and you can toggle through different satellite photos and see the tower and solar and shelters.
