    Diligent company getting this news out early. Would have preferred they had a big name to announce today. Now the short term weakness looks explainable. Thomas has done a great job, he will want to cash some chips and can hardly do tgat while still at helm. Next ceo will probably be selling isn to a biggun for multiples of these levels. Three year plan.
