And, very likely to also minimize dilution, was not concerned if the options were exercised!! One plus one equals????. It, probably, became far too difficult for Idan to work under that financial pressure while they were pressuring him to "turn it into a Billion dollar"company. He's on the record saying that more cash would have been nice!!!!
