1. Mison left Getswift because he did not agree with how the Company was been run and was in fact a witness for ASIC against the directors who had to pay $5m and disqualified as directors.
2. Mison left Zyber again as it was against his principles of running a Company and Pappas stole all the money.
3. Mison was on the board of the shell that one page was put into. he left within 6 months once the recompliance was completed.
so before you make accusations, get your facts right otherwise you may receive a concerns notice!!!
