Thanks, Marcus100, for the explanation. So, if I’m reading this right, Mison knew that Pappas was up to no good but chose not to report it to the relevant authorities.
Instead, he decided to walk away, leaving us shareholders to lose our money. I personally lost $20K, not to mention all the other shareholders.
I feel a bit better knowing the full story.
