The cover story has been "we are waiting for them to digest the MIN assets" and then "we are waiting them to drill their latest holes" but we all know what is going on. Wiseman, who clearly has an "old school connection", was stating this months in advance. I'm not sure whether saying anymore would be productive, as stating in black and white that Hancock is dragging its feet, would only adds to the stink currently circling the company, and strengthen her bargaining hand in any ongoing negotiations.
