Maybe bad news to come, easier to blame it all on SN rather than the BOD taking any of the blame....
Believe it or not I think SN single handedly put a lot of effort into STX getting where it is today but either didn't want or didn't get the appropriate O&G knowledgable support required for him to grow.

Im sure there are plenty companies out there that could use his skills I would certainly be buying into anything he gets his teeth into, but not for the long term.
