I must admit I am not a happy camper at this time. I had formed the belief that the STX board would fight tooth and nail to keep STX independent. This dream has now been shattered.

Its clear he has been kicked out as the terms of employment are 3 months notice from the MD or 1 months notice from the company. Its exactly 1 month that he leaves so its a much nicer framed announcement to the market that says he has resigned and been given 2 months "gardening leave" as payment rather than the board has decided to sack the MD
