The board has granted pro rata STIP rights, along with waving the 3 month notice required (appears to be paid for the next 3 months work) along with a $172k bonus for YTD company performance?? Definitely seems like a bit of a stalemate with WE progress, based off the 'strategic review' to be undertaken. Has Stu gotten the short end of the stick here or was he + the board unhappy with current progression?
