Yep, given it's a 16-17x PE it seems a weird sell.
Either:
1. CCP or other China pressures forced a sale cheaply
or
2. Accounts didn't stack up with reality.
Either way I assume SEEK should be closer to a 15x PE as an established ANZ company without Zhaopin.
