That is literally a pro-rata amount of Peter King’s compensation.
$2500 * 5 * 52 = $650k
Not only that that he also continues receiving his Chairman fees. They could have at least reduced the amount by an amount equal to his Chairman fees. I have held DSK since IPO almost but I’m increasing less convinced they have a durable competitive advantage. I’m now just holding for the dividends to reduce my cost base.
