The fundamental issue right now is that nobody other than a handful of BEOT insiders know what the hell is going on with this company behind closed doors. Uncertainty (and by extension, lack of trust) is killing the SP.
I don't think the company is in a terminal situation, but nobody knows the time frame for recovery.
