correct the wording suggest this was planned for the ceo to move on
it will silly if they have not found another person to replace prior to his departure.
regarding the tax loss this will be claimed in future tax bills so is a positive and expected impairment charge
i think market wont like this ann but it wont be too bad as many suggest here given the only new news is the departure of the ceo.
