Seems to me that company is not prepared to sit back and wait for the spod price to recover and are preparing for new activity with other projects and I'm basing this thought pattern on key statements released.
From the Chairmen Mr. Greg English regarding Directors resignations:
"To enable a board that is fit for purpose of the future of Core."
From our ex-CEO Mr. Gareth Manderson:
"I now hand over the leadership of a company, which is moving to a different stage of development, to a team with the right skills to manage through a pause in operations and to pursue a different focus with energy."
Sounds possible and plausible that the Strategic Review has come up in favour of Company while having Finniss on hold and awaiting restart to further develop its current portfolio.
Now this is just my assessment of the situation confronting Company and if so, seems there will be plenty of activity coming our way including director & workforce appointments as well as continued exploration programs.
My early opinion but looks like a complete reset of company priorities and that could get very interesting.
    GLAH
