We will all miss the excuses and strategic key word bingo that come out of Rodney Cocks mouth. I am sure he will have a soft landing.

3. Strategic realignment - A vague term that can be used to gloss over shifts in direction that lack clear, actionable goals.
4. Optimizing - Used to suggest improvements in performance without providing specifics.
5. Pivoting - A trendy way to indicate a change in business model or market focus, often without admitting past strategies were unsuccessful.
6. Innovative solutions - Might be claimed in the absence of real innovation.
7. Leveraging - Typically used to describe the use of resources or assets in a way that sounds strategic but is often not beneficial.
8. Value creation - Used to imply that shareholder value is being enhanced when financial results might suggest otherwise.
9. Ecosystem - Used to make the business sound as if it is at the center of a large network of partners and services.
10. Disruption - Often claimed when describing initiatives that may not actually be disrupting any market.
    1. Reset - Used to suggest a major overhaul or correction in strategy, which might actually indicate previous plans were failing.
    2. Market Influences - A phrase often used to attribute poor performance or unexpected outcomes to external market conditions, deflecting from internal mismanagement.
    3. External Factors - Similar to "Market Influences," this term can be employed to blame outside circumstances for company struggles, minimizing focus on leadership's role in any failures.
