Nothing can 'fall into place's until Environmental Study is finalised.....
Regulators will not approve Prospectus to a Co without a ML imo (even tho saviour Trev elected to not mention that tardy blunder in his unconvincing 'speel' today)....
Problem...VRC can't get a ML until the months overdue Environmental impact study submission is approved....hence, we are snookered by a BoD who has achieved nothing except their own payrises since the last AGM...what an embarrassment...and 4 months to draft a Prospectus for precious finance?...do you realise how many man-hours that equates to?...8 hours a day x's 80 days....x's how many staff and lawyers?...gimme a break!
