Surely, even blind Freddy can see that TM and Exotix are not 'pretty confident" that the funds will be raised in East Africa...otherwise why would they be running around the world with cap in hand?...l think we have had too much information that intially reads well...but studied at length has too many "maybe's & probablies" & "in due course " etc....not to mention the old skeletal rattling "...the prospectus process will take 8-12 weeks from mid Dec 2017...
imo... of these sorts statements can dilute the credibility of the author and consequently the SP...the only information that has move SP significantly for over two years was the 'in-house' by raising with Paterson's mid year....and that was down 30+%...credibility and SP go hand-in-hand imo...
