It does 'sound' as tho western institutions 'may' be interested in finding Stage 2...'if' Stage 1 gets funding and mine built...l didn't hear anything to suggest UK and USA were ready to jump into financing Stage 1
Back to east Africa please Trevor...that's where the $$$ have to come from... I'm 'pretty confident' TM and Exotix are 'pretty nervous' right now...a shortfall in funding???...where does that leave African investors if they til in ??...will they invest if there is a real possibility there is going to be a shortfall?...interesting times...
