Request for ruling went in mid March, expected result 6-9 months, so expected mid Sep at the earliest. 9 months was referenced for much more complicated case up north.
however, in the world of native title, it’s anyone’s guess.
I assume will recommence AC and Augur drilling in Woolshed and Jenkins, respectively, within a couple of months of the ruling. My guess.
