That comment is ridiculous, if you think <5% of explored land next to DLI returning nothing in the first round of drilling makes the land not valuable, you have a lot to learn.
I would put it out there, if they were to sell the rights to DLI, it would be worth a handsome sum of cash.
That's just like saying pegging land adjacent to a discovery is worthless, I can't believe the nonsense that some people put out there sometimes, sounds like you're sour for selling at a loss.
