the only thing i see as potential is the finders 5 area but this requires approval from local tribe ,,no guarantee ,farm in from interested 3rd party which will first require oil prices to rise significanlty to lure a farm and even if they do rise back to 100 per barrel no guarantee anyone will give a pink razoo about farming in
