I am still confused about..
1. The pending ACCC result and exactly what may come of it.
2. West Coast Eggs ownership and the intentions of directors Bell and Ward.
3. What FRM is going to do with cashflow once debt is paid off (expansion or dividend)? assuming nothing goes wrong and it remains positive. If anyone follows 'Harness Asset management', check out their september newsletter (email them to receive it, its good read if you have a small cap focus) they discuss a 'Rural Funds Poultry' (RFP) a NZX listed company which has similarities to FRM. RFP pays all earnings out in dividends which I would not mind if FRM decided to do as yield would be huge once debt is paid off assuming purchase price at current levels.

FRM is cheap even with the above uncertainties.
