    Hi all,
    Sorry for the delay but agm very uneventful.
    The main points are
    First three months egg suply even and have seen the 2nd qtr price pressure, with no guidance on first half earnings.
    Debt could rise with new farm coming online and some upgrades to older farms, also no difinative costing on new farm.
    The accc case they couldn't discuss in any detail but was hopeful an outcome would be in by Christmas.
    Dividends were brought up and the reply was that it has been talked about at a board meeting and with the capex required in the next 12 months who knows.
    All this information has been discribed in my own words and as always IMO ( in my opinion).
