    This is probably the most detailed, heart on their sleeve address I have ever seen. Mistakes outlined and plenty of detail on past failures.

    I am encouraged with the opportunities at hand and hope fee for success works well.


    So much info to digest but after reading the 16 pages I felt there is hope.
