IMO funding for phase 3 has to be some form of partnership, this thing a aren't cheap. By partnership I mean even a big investor not necessarily pharma. I'm invested in a couple biotechs in the states and their partners are Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs etc. as well as pharma. Just someone with deeps pockets.
