Another point, re discussion with Dr Cade.
I asked about pts who post SIRT received a transplant or resection. He responded that they continue to be counted as OS until the end point. The good news part .....

Now having said that, if they don't bother to turn up for the standard checks then they would be censored as MIA cases. So again we have the prospect of bad(ish) data being produced when the treatment arm is so good that pts feel there is no need to bother with the ongoing checks.

Lets hope that most do the decent thing and continue to the trial end point.

If it was up to me I'd have private investigators chasing these folks up, and convincing them that they should comply with the signed consent. I'd also do the same for the French trial pts who have gone back to 'Germany'. May not be ethical to do so, I guess?
