Apologies in advance for the "cross promotion" and this is in no way an endorsement for or against the company, but for those interested in better shareholder communications, I suggest you take a look at todays quarterly update from Pharmaxis.  Documents of this detail come out every quarter and give shareholders like myself a good opportunity to really see what's going on, for better or worse.

And I can promise you that Pharmaxis have much fewer resources at their disposal than Sirtex, and yet they manage to do a far better job of shareholder engagement.
