Dunover, that’s also my frustrating experience with Evolis online ordering >12 years. I’ve been unable to complete online orders time after time, complained by phone to Maria H, the company secretary at the time and others to no avail.
I suggested to each of them that the IT person and whoever else responsible be shown the door. To avoid the wasted time and stress on one order I went to a Priceline pharmacy to buy off the shelf. To my horror when I opened the packaging at home the product was 18 months past use by date.
The new management surely knows of these pathetic ongoing IT and distribution failures. Excuse me, but WTF!
