Merlin did recover some diamonds and there were sales of them.
Production was due to ramp up with the purchase of a Tomra XRF sorting machine.
Diamond Joe then directed that Merlin loan $14 million of its capital to another company he was controlling.
$14 mill went out and never came back.
It then all fell apart..
