• Negotiation has occurred for Lucapa’s stake to increase to 51%
• Lucapa has requested the formation of a negotiation committee to
formalise the documents
• Need Angolan Dept of Finance approval to carry over previously incurred
exploration expenditure into new MIC so it is repaid to Lucapa
• Application has been lodged to extend the current exploration licence
which expired on 2 May 2024. The Angolan Mining Code allows for two
extensions of one year each. Approval has been received.
