    the real problem here is the Angolan's make their own laws, and follow their own rules... ask anyone in the oil industry how hard it is to get the Angolan's to pay.
    I'm sure they'd listen to the big boys - RIO, Alrosa but not Lucapa... we are f#++ed... delays and delays with no accountability... lesson learned, don't invest in
    Angola.
