    I think the funding issue, after what was stated about not needing it, was the reason for Clays demise...to save face and enable a raising to occur without ...so much...backlash.

    Sellers will be selling to buy at discount via the CR scheme...You heard it here.... LAST!!!

    The new CEO as stated above, does not have this problem.
