As long as we have LG we’re in with a chance. They paid $1.10 a share. If we lose them over this or any other issue we’re done. So let’s hope they’re in it for the long haul. They’ve announced an expansion of their battery plant capacity to 90GWh from 70GWh, which by my maths equals an extra 3500-5,000t of cobalt per year. Starting around 2022.
However....COB will need cash to execute the long list of patch jobs from the PFS. Let’s see if LG will oblige...
