    I do not think there is a change to the timeline. BFS was scheduled for mid 2019 but the final investment decision was not scheduled for the same
    time. The last sentence mentions COB REMAINS focused on the investment decision by mid 2020. If i recall well, CLQ has completed its BFS some months ago but the final investment decision has been made yet.
