Yeah, I believe because sometimes Chinese SOEs (state owned enterprises) sacrifice profits for the "bigger picture" whatever it may be; which implies there are bigger forces in play behind the scene for fairer REE prices in this case. Since LYC appears to be on track now, a favourable trade wind from the East might just lift the prices a little to lift its SP .... who knows ?!
