As ausheds inferred anyone with basic management skills could see weaknesses in the previous structure and replace it with a more effective restructure.
As production and SP improve I can understand stakeholders breathing a sigh of relief.
However, an unfortunate side effect of all the cumulative hot air is to inflate AL’s role in this matter.
This may be difficult for you to appreciate because I can see from your post you have a high opinion of yourself.
